Why We’re different

We are innovative, clinically led, diverse and focused on patient care delivery. We don’t just say it – we are it. If you are as passionate as us about patient care then we want to hear from you.

 Our Values

Pioneering, clinically-led, bespoke, can-do

Family-led, long heritage of NHS delivery, patient care before profit, cost-effective

Patient-centred, responsive and responsible, trustworthy, credible

Clinical Training
All our primary care clinicians are supported through our bespoke resource, www.clinicaleducation.co.uk.
Our radiologists are supported with our training academy operating in partnership with the British Institute of Radiology.
In a move that saw us shortlisted for an HSJ Primary Care Innovation Award in 2014, we have equipped our NHS General Practices with an on-site Primary Care Pharmacist (PCP) service. Thanks to this service we’re now able to offer our patients advice on self-management of chronic conditions, regular health checks and improved drug management. The service has also proven to be a vital link within the on-site staffing teams, offering General Practice a wealth of pharmaceutical knowledge, extra consulting capacity and expert advice on medicine wastage and over use.

We have a DMC Development Team dedicated to improvement of our business through technology and innovation.

Every person has a great idea, if you have the drive and ambition to make a difference we would like to hear from you.

We offer a diverse range of ways to work with us. Salaried, flexi-time, job share, portfolio career options, locum, self-employed or any other way that suits you.
